1. Service Definition
hushhh.cc provides single-read ephemeral secret transmission. The moment a payload is accessed — or when its TTL expires (30 days maximum) — the record is permanently and irrecoverably erased. There are no backups or recovery mechanisms.
2. Acceptable Use
Users must not transmit illegal content under EU or Spanish law, malware, material infringing third-party rights, or content intended for spam, fraud, or harassment.
3. Rate Limiting & Abuse Prevention
The service is free and rate-limited. We reserve the right to throttle, block access, or suspend automated abuse to maintain network stability.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and free of charge. Do not use hushhh as the sole store of data you cannot afford to lose — destruction upon reading is its intended core feature.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The operator's identification details are available to the competent authorities upon lawful request; see the Legal Notice.
